CALM Advisory Group is the leadership development and consulting arm of Curry Allen’s platform. Founded by Curry Allen, CALM Advisory Group exists to help student-athletes, leaders, teams, and organizations build the internal structure required to lead with clarity, alignment, discipline, and purpose. This work is designed for high-performers who are strong externally but need stronger internal foundations to sustain influence, pressure, and growth.
Through CALM Advisory Group, Curry Allen provides speaking, leadership consulting, workshops, development sessions, and transformational experiences built to strengthen both performance and the person behind it. At the center of this work is the CALM Leader Framework: Clarity, Alignment, Leadership, and Mastery. This framework helps individuals and organizations identify who they are, align their values with their actions, lead with integrity under pressure, and pursue sustainable excellence without losing their identity.
